Case Study
This is one of our Clients. She had a fall about 3 months ago and when she came out of hospital, we were called to look after her, after 2 failed Care Providers. She was very scared to walk or do anything for herself, so I encouraged and supported her, that she needed to walk more and exercise. I did an exercise form / records, and encouraged her daily to walk to the kitchen. She is more confident now and she prepares her lunch sometimes.
